Julie Sanchez

GENERAL MANAGER

Julie Sanchez has been with FirstService Residential and the MetroWest Master Association since 2009. She has over 35 years of experience in property management including multi-family, condominium and homeowner association management, in addition to serving as president of eight (8) COA Boards working alongside of a high-rise developer. Her licenses and certifications include Community Association Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT). Julie has been continually recognized for her excellence as a community association manager, including receiving the statewide Manager of Excellence Award from Florida Communities of Excellence in 2013. Julie was recognized as one of the Top 20 On-site Managers in the entire nation via the 2014 National Manager of the Year Awards. Julie was also honored by the West Orange Chamber of Commerce with the prestigious 2013 George Bailey Award in recognition of demonstrated excellence in fostering partnerships for the benefit for the local community.

Allison Folgore

Assistant Property Manager

Allison Folgore has a strong background in customer service and managerial experience. She is motivated, honest, passionate and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that she utilized in her previous endeavors serving customers and staff across different job levels.  

Terrell Fawbush

Administrative Assistant

Terrell Fawbush has a long history of involvement in the MetroWest community, having served as the MetroWest Master Association Security Liaison as well as in various other contractual capacities from 2007-2019. She has also volunteered in numerous MWMA events. Previously, Terrell served in law enforcement with the Orlando Police Department for 17 ½  years as well as in the U.S. Army.

Derwin Bradley

Public Safety Director

Derwin Bradley possesses more than 30 years of progressive experience in law enforcement, antiterrorism, and security, including a distinguished 33-year career with the Orlando Police Department. His extensive background and deep understanding of public safety make him uniquely qualified to lead the MetroWest Public Safety program. Before joining the MetroWest team, Derwin served as the community’s Crime Prevention Officer and Crime Free Multi-Housing Coordinator and was assigned to MetroWest while serving in the Orlando Police Department’s West Patrol Division. As Public Safety Director, Bradley oversees a wide range of initiatives, including leadership and coordination of the safety team, collaboration with the Orlando Police Department, analysis of safety data and trends, community engagement and communication, and strategic planning for public safety events and initiatives. His role is central to maintaining MetroWest as a welcoming, thriving, and connected community.

Jeremy Konvalinka

Public Service Manager

Jeremy Konvalinka has over 20 years of experience in public safety, law enforcement, and security operations. His background includes service as an Auxiliary and Commissioned Police Officer, Maritime Security Officer, School Protection Officer, and Public Safety Supervisor, with a consistent focus on building safer and more engaged communities. Prior to joining MetroWest, Jeremy served as the first certified School Protection Officer with Critical Intervention Services at the Rosen Jewish Community Center, where he led safety initiatives for early childhood and pre-K programs. He also held maritime security roles protecting U.S. Navy vessels in Norfolk, Va., and served seven years with the Bono Police Department in Arkansas. In 2024, he joined the MetroWest Public Safety team, where he was promoted to a supervisory role overseeing daily field operations and team development. As Public Service Manager, Jeremy leads public safety initiatives, manages team operations, conducts community inspections, and develops engagement strategies. His role combines field leadership with strategic coordination to support the safety, well-being, and quality of life in the MetroWest community.

Kim Robert Kreiger

As a Senior Executive in the hospitality field, Kim possesses more than 35 years of experience. Since 2014, he has been a Principal in The Kreiger Group, a consulting firm specializing in the hospitality industry. Previously, he served in several senior positions during 22 years with Hilton Grand Vacations, including as a member of the original team that created the company in 1992. Kim is an IREM Certified Property Manager and an ARDA Registered Resort Professional. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University. Currently, Kim serves as President of the MetroWest Unit Five Homeowners Association. Lynn Walker Wright

Active in the community, Lynn Walker Wright is currently serving as a Supporting Trustee and Director of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, Director of Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, and Director of Family Matters of Central Florida. She founded Lynn Walker Wright, P.A. 25 years ago and has offices in MetroWest and Winter Garden. She has consistently been named “Best Lawyer” by U.S. News and World Report and has held “AV” Preeminent Rating in Martindale Hubbell for 20 consecutive years. Lynn’s grandfather was a founding father of Winter Garden. She and her partner, Paige, are longtime residents of MetroWest. With strong roots in Orange County, Lynn’s proudest accomplishments include bringing the West Orange Trail to Winter Garden and construction of the new West Orange Cornerstone Hospice Facility at the Orlando Health/Health Central Campus.

Monica Luiza F. El Rassy

Before moving to MetroWest in 2000, Monica worked as a journalist and events planner in Brazil, developing a deep understanding of public relations and communications strategies. She has served as President of the Stonebridge Lakes Homeowner’s Association since 2017 and as a Board Member of the Promenades Property Owners’ Association since 2019. Monica previously served as the President of the Rotary Club of Brazil Orlando, a chapter of Rotary International that is focused on connecting with members of Orlando’s vast Brazilian community. In many of these roles, she has leveraged her ability to speak English, Portuguese and Italian to assist in the execution of various projects and events. Douglas Maskiewicz

Doug began his career in Boston working as a project manager for Bechtel on the Big Dig, Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project, often called the largest, most challenging highway project in the history of the United States. During that time, he purchased a condo unit and became President of the Condo Board. He later became the General Manager of a 1940s-era inn and restaurant in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Doug currently works for the Boston law practice Conway Homer PC handling paralegal work and providing technical support for the firm’s computer systems and social media presence.

Stina D’Uva

A proud MetroWest resident since 1989, Stina D’Uva and her husband, Nick, raised their three sons here. A lifelong community advocate, she has served in leadership roles with local schools, her homeowners’ association, and the MetroWest Master Association, including as President. Stina also led the West Orange Chamber of Commerce for 22 years, earning the organization three Florida Chamber of the Year honors, and was recognized as Florida Chamber Executive of the Year. Named District 1 Citizen of the Year and honored in the U.S. Congressional Record, she now enjoys retirement, community service, and her grandchildren.
