LIVE BEAUTIFUL IN METROWEST
To be Orlando’s premiere master-planned community — a place where families, professionals, and businesses come together to live, work, and thrive in a safe, sustainable, and beautifully maintained environment.
The MetroWest Master Association (MWMA) is dedicated to maintaining a harmonious sense of community for our diverse neighborhood of residents and business owners. Through thoughtful planning, quality education, public safety initiatives, and exceptional visual standards, we build a community that reflects pride, inclusion, and excellence.
MetroWest represents more than 1,800 acres of opportunity, connection, and growth in southwest Orlando. Since our founding in the 1980s, we’ve built a community where people can live close to what matters most — schools, parks, local businesses, and each other.
Every landscaped boulevard, family event, and neighborhood partnership reflects our shared commitment to quality of life. Our focus remains on keeping MetroWest a model for sustainable development and community-driven success in Central Florida.

MetroWest is managed by the MetroWest Master Association in partnership with FirstService Residential, a professional community management firm. Together, we oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance of common areas, public safety services, and long-term planning to support the quality of life in the MetroWest community.
Residents are encouraged to get involved in a variety of ways, including attending board meetings, volunteering for committees, participating in community events, and staying engaged through our official communications. Getting involved is one of the best ways to stay informed and help shape the future of MetroWest.
Public documents, governing documents, and meeting minutes are available on the official MetroWest website. These materials are provided to promote transparency and keep residents informed about community decisions, projects, and financial matters.
